How can I order from your website?
  • Select a category or brand from the top navigation, or search to discover a particular style or brand.
  • Select the item you want and click Add to Cart. Once you've added all the items, proceed to checkout.
  • Sign in to your account, or if you haven't created one yet, proceed as a guest via checkout.
  • Enter your address, payment method and delivery information to place your order.
  • We will confirm the order and email you updates every step of the way.
Can I cancel or make changes to my IKONIK order?

Yes, you can cancel items before we prepare your order.

Go to Orders and Returns.

If you have placed an order as a guest and want to make changes, you can continue by entering your order confirmation code details in the required field.

If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees will be deducted and returned.

Are the products licensed by the brands?

IKONIK Store; made the necessary agreements with the brands it sells and added original limited edition products to its store. Products are licensed products of brands.

Can a product that is not in stock be added back to stock?

Since the products are limited edition production, a limited number of sales are made. Products are limited to the number of products indicated in stock. In case of replenishment of stocks, you will be notified via e-mail.

When will the product I ordered arrive?

Your order; It is delivered to the cargo company on the date you order. It will be delivered to you within a few days. The working hours of the cargo companies on the weekends may vary on the delivery date.
